“You can’t be right by doing wrong; you can’t be wrong by doing right.”

This quote is quite wonderful and very true. It teaches us, no it reminds us that, cause we should already know this, always do what is right. You will never do or be wrong if you do what is right. You will never be right if you are doing wrong. The wrong choices will never take you to the right place you must make right choices to lead you to the right place. If you make wrong decisions to try to lead you to the right place you will never reach it no matter how many times you try. You must always choose the right if you ever hope of being in the right place. For example if you are poor and your hungry it is not okay to steal even if it is for a good cause because you are still stealing. It is never okay to not do the right thing, by doing the right thing you will be a ctr person. In the long run that is the real and only goal that matters, whether or not you are a ctr person.

“Enthusiasm makes the difference”

Dr. Norman Vincent Peale said this and is right. The enthusiasm that you posses toward something is how well that thing is going to come out. For example: if you are playing a basketball game and you do not want to play you will not have any enthusiasm and you will not play to your fullest.  If you are enthused by the sport then you will play at 100 percent and win.  Another example is Tigger and Eeyore. Tigger is always has enthusiasm and is ready to give it his all. Eeyore on the other hand is always lethargic and is not enthused by anything. If you want to give it your all then you must love what you’re doing. You must have fun and be enthused by what you are doing. If you don’t like what you are doing then you won’t try and you will lose, If you are enthused you will be victorious. The outcome depends on the attitude you have when you are doing whatever it is you are doing.

"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right."

This was said by a beloved basketball coach, Dean Smith. He never was doing the things he was for fame or for money. All he ever did was just to do good. If you do good you dont have to do anything to get fame and fortune because the will come to you. Do good things and good things will happen. if you do things expecting something in return then you are not doing good. You must do good things expecting nothing back. If you do that, if you do good then you will have good karma. If you have good karma then all your dreams and goals will come to you. That is why it is always important to be ctr at all times. If you truly are ctr then your life will be great. He devoted all his life to doing good and in return he got a unforgettable legacy. You need to think what you want in life and how the right way to achieve it is.

Medical Illustrator

Duties and Responsibilities: The work varies depending on the size of the company or hospital you are working in. A Medical Illustrator takes photographs of patients and processes the image, arrange the necessary consent from patients, specialise in specific areas of photography or forensic photography. In addition to that they might also use computers to edit the digital images they have taken.

Salary: $62,000

Education: You require a Master’s degree in the field of medical illustration and need to have artistic capabilities, creativity, interpersonal skills, as well as visual skills.

Demand: Over the next 5 years it is predicted that jobs will increase by 4%.

This seems like an interesting job but I am not that into art or taking photos so I do not think this is the career for me. If I knew how to draw this might have been a career for me.

When you live your life you don't need to worry about figuring out every step of the way. You don't have to always one hundred percent if the time be focused on your goal. You can rest every now and then, but what you must always do or in this case be is good. You must always choose the right and that is what this quote by Dr. Randy Pausch is telling us to do. If you do good the world with give you a good life. If you are nice to people people will be nice to you. Be good and good fortune will come your way but be bad and do bad things then bad fortune will go to you. Do bad and a life of misery is what you will get. You must always choose the right thing to do because in life everything is always returned to you so do you want it to return good things or bad things.

“Make your passion your profession”

A passion of mine is math. I enjoy working out and solving difficult problems. I, if I wanted to, could become a mathematician. Mathematicians work out formulas to help solve problems in places like industries or even the government. Mathematicians do research to develop and understand many different mathematical principles. They analyze the new data and apply mathematical techniques to help solve problems in the real world. You need, if you really want to be a mathematician at the level of a professional, it usually takes four years to earn a bachelor's degree in mathematics and another 6-8 years to earn a PhD. So it would take around ten to twelve years to become one, then you have to look for a job or company to work with hopefully one will already be in mind. There are many different jobs that use math some that may be interesting are; jet fighter engineer, robotics engineer, game designer and roller coaster designer. After seeing the type of jobs I might get I think i would be willing to go to all that schooling in order to become a mathematician.

“Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that of educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years themselves to decide the destinies of the nation.”

Today’s quote is quite a long one but it does have a point. The point being that above all you need to educate yourself and have character if you want to help out nation. The stronger, wiser and kinder the people of our nation are, the stronger, wiser, kinder our nation will be. There is a saying you are what you eat, our nation is how every individual is. If our people are weak our nation is weak. The best thing we can do is help others and yourself be educated and have good character. By having those two then our nation will be strong and united. The people, as in adults or those of power, must be smart, strong, and have good character in order to teach that to the younger generation. The kids and the youth must grow up being the best they can be. The only way that can happen is if the adults teach kids that. If adults are ctr then kids will follow their example and be ctr as well.

Medical Assistant

Duties and responsibilities: Medical Assistants perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to help the clinics running good and well. That way patients can enter, be attended quicker, and leave relatively quickly. They answer telephones, greet patients, update and fill in medical records, make appointments, and other laboratory services. Clinical duties, although, may vary depending on the state laws. They work in well- lighted, clean environments, they constantly interact with others so they do need social skills, and they regularly work around, a full time assistant, 40 hours a week.
Salary: $30,590

Education: They do not require a licence to become one some states, though, may require specific tests or courses to be taken before hand; in order to complete special tasks. You do need at least a high school diploma or the equivalent. Medical assistants may move up to office manager or also nursing, medical technologist or other jobs.

Demand: The need for a Medical Assistant is rising and is expected to continue rising through 2024. It is expected to grow around 23%, much faster than an average job.

 At first I was not that interested in this career but after reading and researching I juat might be. It doesn't require much schooling so the hardest part will be finding a job and since it is expected to increase should be easier.

This quote is by Mr. C. S. Haymore and tells us that we must realize and face the things we do. It is our mind that controls our body we control every single action we do, good and bad. We must face what we do head on. If you cannot be proud of something you did than should you have done it in the first place. Ye must look out for ourselves if we do bad things then bad things will happen to us. You are the only one that can look out for you. You must take care of yourself. If you don’t care for yourself then your mind and body will just rot. We can take care of ourselves by doing what’s right. You must choose to do the right every time. That is how you will be responsible for your body, mind and spirit. If you choose the right then you will have a healthy body, mind and spirit. If you choose the right then you will have a healthy body, mind and spirit.  

“Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education.”

This quote by Dr. Martin Luther King jr. is a very wise on indeed. It is telling us that we must not only be smart but you must also be likeable. If you are a genius but no one wants to work with you or give you a job then you won’t go anywhere in life. Education alone will get you halfway to the top but that it is all. The other half of the way will need to be your own character, your morals, your beliefs. The worst person you could be is one with talent but with no morals. On the other hand, the best person you could be is a talented one with good morals.For example, if you are talented but you do not treat others with respect then they won’t treat you with respect either and they won’t give you a job. To be smart we must stay in school and get a good education. It doesn’t matter the school what matters is that you are trying your best at everything. Would you want to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond. No matter if your school is bad or not you must excel.

Kinesiologist 

Duties and Responsibilities: Kinesiology is the body's natural healing energy. Kinesiologists tap into energies that other modalities do not asses. They apply muscle testing to identify and correct energy blockage in the body. Kinesiologists help patients who have suffered an injury to manage the injury, rehabilitate the injury and prevent any disorder that may impede movement. Not only physical energy but also mental injuries. They help patients with cerebral  palsy, autism, and other motor and neurological problems.

Salary: $58,000 as of Jan. 2017

Education: To become a kinesiologist you typically require a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Kinesiology or related field. 

Demand: Kinesiologists are projected to grow, over the next 7 years, a whole 34%. 

After researching this profession I believe I might go into this career. It is definitely not for sure but it's a maybe. I would like to help people recover and get back on their feet. 

"We need the courage to start  and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn't do."

In this quote by Richard L. Evans he is telling us we need to have the courage to do what is right as well as have courage to stop doing what is wrong. For example, we must have the courage to continue to not do drugs or succumb to peer pressure. We must not conform with others because even if you’re the only one at least you know you are doing what’s right. We must also have enough courage to stop doing drugs if you indeed are because it is wrong. You know you should not do it and you must have enough courage to realize you are doing wrong. You must the, knowing you are wrong, do the right thing and stop. Even if you must be alone you must have the courage to stand alone and do the right thing. Just because a lot of others do something that's wrong isn't a good reason that you should do it too. You need to have the courage to be the one who takes the stand and not only helps themselves but help others who are doing wrong. If you have that courage to continue to do what is right and stop doing what is wrong you will become a true ctr person.

My Christmas Vacation 

During my three weeks of for christmas I did not do that much. My days were wake up work and go back to sleep, well atleast most of them. Some days I would be able to just sleep in and not get up until I wanted too. Every Sunday I would get up early and run with SRLA over the break we ran two half marathons. Those were fun even though I was really tiered by the end. I was really tired after the first one because before, during and after the run it was raining. The rain was fun but it also made my clothes heavy and my socks wet, running in the rain is fun though and I recommend it.  On actual Christmas day we spent it at my grandmas house, we had fun. We distributed presents and it was nice to hang out with my family. For the new year we decided to go out instead of staying in. We went to Nevada and it was freezing. The temparutre was always below 30 degrees fahrenheit. I know that there are other places that are way colder but to me it was freezing, but all things cosidered it was fun.Those were my first two weeks and the third and final week was my homework week. The last week I finished all my homework, it was only for one class but it was quite an amount. It was to read and anotate a entire book, as well as do three essays. All in all the homework was not that difficult. The break as a whole I think was pretty fun and relaxing, although I did get sick for a few days and that was no fun. Other than that it was a good little break.
