“Intelligence is not enough. Intelligence plus character, that is the goal of true education.”

This quote by Dr. Martin Luther King jr. is a very wise on indeed. It is telling us that we must not only be smart but you must also be likeable. If you are a genius but no one wants to work with you or give you a job then you won’t go anywhere in life. Education alone will get you halfway to the top but that it is all. The other half of the way will need to be your own character, your morals, your beliefs. The worst person you could be is one with talent but with no morals. On the other hand, the best person you could be is a talented one with good morals. For example, if you are talented but you do not treat others with respect then they won’t treat you with respect either and they won’t give you a job. To be smart we must stay in school and get a good education. It doesn’t matter the school what matters is that you are trying your best at everything. Would you want to be a big fish in a small pond or a small fish in a big pond. No matter if your school is bad or not you must excel.
